We give you the benefit of choosing Sea or Airfreight for international shipments. Our products are shipped from our main showroom in Kandy, Sri Lanka.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Delivery Time<\/strong><\/p><p>Delivery Time is dependent on two factors:<\/p><ul><li>Time of Order<\/li><\/ul><p>Orders are fulfilled within 7 days of the date the order is processed (payment is taken). It may take up to 4 working days for an order to be processed from the time of placement. Please check thoroughly before accepting the product. If the product is damaged, zeal is broken or any parts are missing inform it to our sales agent. Please do not accept delivery if there are any damages once you accept the product we don\u2019t do an exchange.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>The method of delivery &#8211;<\/li><\/ul><p>our shipping methods for domestics are ground services which deliver within 3 business days coast-to-coast. International delivery may differ on air freight and sea freight on your location and the courier service delivery times.<\/p><p>Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on &#8216;business&#8217; days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it&#8217;s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Calculating Cost<\/strong><\/p><p>We do not profit from shipping. Should you charge Rush shipping, or if we&#8217;re shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>International Shipping<\/strong><\/p><p>If you&#8217;d like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, the items will be shipped on the same business day, or if it is a holiday they will be shipped on the immediate business day.
